Premium plugin licensing policy

Premium plugins require valid licenses to receive updates and vendor support. If a plugin isn’t licensed, it becomes a documented risk factor—because we can’t safely apply updates until licensing is in place.

If you’d like, we can purchase licenses on your behalf. Otherwise, licensing remains with the client or agency.

Do all plans include the same monitoring tools?

Yes. Every plan runs on the same monitoring and reporting foundation. The difference is whether RadiateU is responsible for acting on issues (Managed/Managed Plus) or whether you request intervention (Starter).

What if my site has premium plugins?

No problem—just make sure premium plugins are licensed so updates can be applied reliably. We can coordinate or purchase licensing if you’d like.

Are content updates included?

Content updates and site edits aren’t included in the plan scope unless explicitly listed. They’re a great fit for support hours or a small scoped request.
