Secure Access Request Form

Access Request Form

We’re going to need some info to get started — please use this secure form to provide us with access to your accounts. Note that while some clients still prefer to email us their access info, email is not secure and therefore not a particularly safe way to share passwords. This form will encrypt your information when you send it, keeping it safe from prying eyes.

"*" indicates required fields

Website Owner Information

Please enter the information of the website owner below. If you are filling out this information on behalf of your client, this would be the client’s name, email, etc. We need this information to communicate with the website owner about the migration, site audit, etc.

Domain Registrar

Registrar

Where is the domain name currently registered? If other, please provide a URL for the domain registrar.
We’ll need to login in order to handle the DNS changes for migration. If the client will be handling the required DNS changes, leave this blank.

Move DNS to our Cloudflare account?
We highly recommend that we move the DNS for the website to our Cloudflare account during the migration process. If you do not know what this is or have the technical capability to manage your DNS records, please leave this option on “Yes”. Only choose “No” if there is a valid reason (IT dept handles DNS, an existing DNS service is already in use, etc.)

WordPress Admin

An administrator account is required to successfully migrate and setup the site for service with RadiateWP.

Google Analytics

Managing the connection between your website and your Google Analytics account

1) If you don’t have an account, go to google.com/analytics/ to set up an account.

2) Add [email protected] with Edit permissions on your Analytics account. Here’s a quick video tutorial or how to article.

Note: If you’d rather provide us your Google Analytics account login info for us to handle the steps above, please check the box and enter your details below.

If 2-factor authentication (2FA) is turned on for your analytics account, it might prevent us from being able to access your account even with your username and password. For that reason, as well as better security, we prefer you add us to your existing analytics account by following the steps above. However, we’ll happily attempt to handle those steps for you if you submit your information below.
